Tribunal telephone hearing

Hi just wanted to find out as much I can before the telephone tribunal hearing. what kind of questions do they ask you etc. my memory is not good I get mixed up my anxiety levels are through the roof I'm having even more panic attacks its destroying me

Hey @ketokid please try not to panic too much, it'll all be fine and over before you know it.
I found writing down important things I thought would be needed helped loads. I'd do a list, using bullet points. That way you'll not forget anything in the moment.They'll just be asking for clarification over your answers to the original assessment, so it wont be too bad. I found the tribunal to all be really caring and they really did seem like they cared about me. It was so so different to the original assessment!

I had the option to ask for a phone or video tribunal, but they cant guarantee that they'll be able to oblige.
