Absolutely! And they have just rushed these proposals as well, there's going to be court challenges. You cannot admit to breaking the law, by not providing a risk assessment & just hope these changes will be pushed through because your not the torys.... its unlawful!!

Aldo I hope the user I replied to with autism is ok and not too upset, they've deleted the account 😥

It’s despicable it really is scaring disabled people to death the amount of times I’ve been scared into a breakdown by the press etc for it to amount to nothing, reeves in January was one saying she’s announcing plans and it turned out to be literally nothing just some minister making a speech. Seeing as they’ve not even done their due diligence and there will likely be a big backlash and then a watering down of the plans I’m trying my best to not worry until it’s concrete and then do everything I can to fight against it.
I noticed that aswell, I’m not formally diagnosed yet but I believe I’m autistic (on waiting list) and know how overwhelmed and upset I get so hope they’re ok too.

I don't know whether this is relevant or not but Oral Questions to the DWP are scheduled in the Commons for 2.30 pm on Monday 17th March.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that no totally get that you have to and must prioritise your health I really hope you resolve what's going on and get some rest and peace I understand so many emotions at one time can you break them down easy to say I know have you anyone to speak to for support if like me I hate asking for Any help but sometimes we have too recognise your feelings and why your having them acknowledge that one day this shall pass and it will it's just not knowing when draw the strenght by keeping yourself healthy drinking eating do not take on to much and most of all be kind to yourself your a person of great knowledge and insight save that for yourself do not spin to many plates much love to you remember this shall pass xx

So true! It's putting the fear of God into vulnerable people & their family's - truly beyond repugnant, this government... 😡

I still cannot wrap my head around not having carried out a risk assessment! They've learned literally NOTHING from the Tories toxic green paper defeat. Thankful for people like Ellen Clifford who can help defeat this twisted hydra of Starmer, Reeves and Kendall!

I think possibly the disability charities and campaigners are waiting until the government make an announcement and then they will fight back hard.

They can't really act until they know for sure what our fete will be but trust me, the government will have a fight in their hands.

Any plans that are rushed through or not thought out properly can be challenged in court a judge will look at how the decision was made, not the policy/decision itself. It all depends on if the actual po;licy is lawful and if the judge deems it to be unlawful conduct by those to whom they are directed at (us). Liz Kendall has already spoken on tv the other day that she is prepared to break the law to get these new measures passed quickly which will no doubt spur the likes of Ellen Clifford and others to take them to the high court again. I believe some policies will get through, but others will not, like giving more money to those looking for work, but giving less to those on sickness benefits. Most of what this government are saying is nonsense, and just a fairytale wishlist, we'd all like things in life we can't have, they will find this out again the hard way after 26th March. I say BRING IT ON Starmer, Reeves & Kendall, your demise is looming, I'll be buying some balloons and party poppers in celebration of your upcoming defeat.

More the merrier!! you'll have to bring champagne though and pringles, whilst we all laugh at Starmer giving the famous godbye speech outside no10 , hopefully in puring rain like Sunack, but on his way back inside steps in Larry the cats poo and makes Kedall lick it off as punishment for being so lazy and incompetant.
