LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
This still applies with a Tribunal win.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
What is your UC assessment period or payment date?

I started to submit my fit note on 2023 August until December 2023 I did the assessment and then I apiled June 2024 i won the case in January 2025 and I only got paid for last months payment so I’m wondering am I gonna get paid for backdate?

Did you receive any paperwork following the tribunal win, stating the date you were entitled to LCWRA from?

yes I have received the paperwork from tribunal and it just says the payment should be at the level and for the time period written in the decision notice. So I won on 7th of January and received the first payment on the 5th of February £416

What was the time period given on the decision notice?

They will back date it 3 months after the first sick note .
