Looking for advice please. I am currently migrating from esa (income based) to uc. I also get adp. If my 26 year old working son stayed with me, what would this do to my income. My house is bought and paid for. Please help.

Do you receive a Severe Disability Premium with your ESA?
Have you now applied for Universal Credit?

Yes I received the premium for disability with my esa, I have just applied for uc. Thanks

If your ESA was still active, you'd lose your SDP with son moving in.
As you've now claimed UC your ESA amount will transfer over.
I don't see any changes to your income, other than Council Tax.
You'll need to let them know when son moves in and if living alone, you'll lose your single person discount.
Any Council Tax Benefit that you get will need to be recalculated.

Hey @Wooboy99 and welcome to the community.
I can see you've already had your questions answered, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello. Good luck with the migration, I hope it all goes smoothly. π1 -
