So few minutes ago I turned itv news my local mp hyndburn Council was on talking about the disability benefit cuts and was all up for it . Would she reply if I ask on how long this would take to come in affect if they decide to stop the pip lcwra? Can they stop the disability benefits straight away? I got an horrible feeling they can
