Guide: How to make PIP contact you with email only - no letters, no calls, no face-to-face

I didn't know the email address when I started, so I had to write a letter to them and then make a formal complaint to get them to respond. But when they finally agreed to provide me email contact, they emailed me back to say so (they didn't try to call).
