I've accidentally requested a call to confirm id

I have just submitted my uc application. I'm migrating from esa. I have my provisional licence and tomorrow I will look for my P60 (I'm on income and contribution esa).
Me being impatient, I wanted to see if it was possible to submit id online today.
I ended up clicking the link which says I don't have any of these forms of id. So now they say they're going to call me.
In my account under to do list it has a link which says "we'll call you."
I'll be honest, it's the second time in about 5 minutes I made this mistake. But the first time it let me try to do the online verification again and cancel the call.
Now I don't find this option anywhere, even after clicking the link. I don't want to do phone verification. I want to submit my documents online.
What can I do?
And if it turns out I have no option, please tell me what kind of questions they'll ask. I really don't like being interrogated.
And will they still know this is a migration and not a new claim?

And another thing I would really like to understand is:
Initially, at the very beginning, it said Select at least two of the options I have to possibly confirm my id with. And on this list I checked driving licence and P60.
Then when you proceed further to actually confirm your id (first it asked my name, dob, etc) it now presented me with only 3 options. Driving license, passport and credit references, and asked me to select 2 again.
This is the reason I selected that I could not confirm using any of those the first time I got the "we'll call you" message, I think.
I then managed to get back to the original page where it gave the P60 option. This time I selected all of them (payslips, passport, self-assessment, driving licence, credit reference, etc).
Again, I proceeded further to the actual confirmation part, and I was given the exact three options as before - drivers license, passport, credit reference... No P60 option, not even any of the other options I selected (which I did not have anyway, but just said I did to see if it would cause the P60 option to present itself.)
So why does it initially imply that P60 is an option to use as identification but then later on only gives me the three options I mentioned? Very frustrating.
