Hi all
I've only just managed to crawl out of my bed.
I had such a brilliant day watching the rugby yesterday.
I had a right skin full. 😅
Off out later to see a live Irish band.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. Im taking the antiviral medication, they are 5 a day with intervals between each, trouble is my memory isn't that good lol.
I hope everyone is having a good restful Sunday.
A news piece in the guardian made me sleep easier. It's looking very much like Starma, is going to have a struggle with alot of his own cabinet ministers and the Lords. Fingers crossed for a u-turn on this green paper, he has chosen to fight the elderly, and people with physical and mental health disabilities. He is in for a fight.

I'm okay today thanks Catherine , still very fearful and reflective, apparently a new idea that Kendall is coming up with is try work -which means if you don't like work , you go back to your benefit , no sanctions etc, mmmmm , not liking that idea one bit , I suffer with anxiety and stress and after what happened to me , I can't be in a room with just one person ,plus , they will have to have the patience of a saint , I mess myself 8-9 times a day , plus I have bulimia, they will hardly see me for the amount of toilet breaks I will need , I've never seen so much strength of feeling over this, and rightfully so
How are you doing ?

Good to hear from you, and I’m glad the meds are helping. Hope the memory side effects gradually ease.
As you pointed out, Starmer is in for a challenge like never before, especially from the most vulnerable in our communities.
Best wishes!

I honestly love your attitude towards it all Catherine, its admirable , I wish I could be as strong as you , I'm waiting for a reference from Survivors UK to see a Councillor and hopefully it might help , but as you know 6 sessions of seeing someone doesn't sort out decades of issues , you're definitely one of the good people and I understand your comments :) hopefully , I'll get a few people on board with me as well, you've been lovely xxx

Morning .. I am feeling really anxious. I should not read the papers but I can't help it. It looks like unless this government is toppled... I am not sure . They will force people to work regardless. I hope all is scaremongering and nothing else.... But I am scared. Why don't they reduce their exorbitant salaries and leave the sick alone..
