Taxable "income" question regarding migration from ESA to UC
I am on ESA, and I think it's contrib. As far as premiums go, I get the enhanced premium (I think this is the low income component), the support group extra, plus SDP.Looking at my latest "DSS / DWP" tax slip for the end of the tax year, I see that my taxable "income" is £6835.50.This amount appears to roughly match up…

My Husband has been claiming CB ESA for many years in the support group. Will my claiming CB ESA affect his claim. His ESA is deducted from our UC and I know if I'm eligible mine…

Pending payment not showing
Hi everyone. So Monday is a Bank Holiday and I bank with monzo, everytime it's a Bank Holiday Monday I see a pending incoming payment on Wednesday to be paid on Thursday as this is classed as a day early. There is no issue with monzo, could it be that they are not paying BACS this time and paying faster payments? Any help…

Hi, my name is Tinks1! Could you keep your contribution based ESA if you inherited £100,000?
If sm1 receives an inheritance of around £100,000.00 is it correct that they can still keep their Contribution ESA. My friend says he can still keep it. But I'm saying no due to the amount he would receive. [Amount corrected by moderator]

ESA payments for support group short?
Hi everyone, hoping someone can clear this up for me. According to the government website, ESA payments for the support group are "Up to" £138.20 per week. I got a payment of £481.10. Minus the severe disability premium I get for PIP that's £99.90 per week. Is that correct? I've been in the support group since I started…

Help! My PIP has been reduced
I received my PIP payment this morning - £420.60 In a letter from the DWP, it quite clearly states that I will get £108.55 a week from the 8th April.. I get my PIP monthly, so that is £434.00. I have only received £420.60 this month, why is this?
