ESA support group

Support Group doesn't expire, it's an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. Work capability assessments are still suspended for most people so it's very unlikely you will receive the form anytime soon. When they do start back there will be delays because of backlogs.

Oh I thought with the call centre saying on my record it has a date of Oct that they would send a assessment letter out0

No, that's not what it means. The timescale is just a guide and nothing more. This is one of the reasons why timescales are never given on decision letters. I've been claiming ESA for 10 years and have never rang them to ask a timescale.

Hi new member , not sure how to start a question, i will ask if someone can help. I was made redundant 3 yrs ago where i worked 11 hours for the prior 9 yrs for a disabled lad. i have health issues and i am on pip, i was told by DWP i couldnt get ESA due to not paying NI for the last few years and that if i got a fit note i would get NI credits. I have been doing this as requested but have just got a questionnair from Health advisory service capability for work , i have just been told as i claim carers for my wife i get the credits anyway ( which i didnt know) so the issue is do i stop sending the fitnotes and ignore the form or fill it in ? as at the moment i have 2 sources of NI credits , i am nearly 64 BTW and worked all my life up untill 3 yr ago, any help appreciated and sorry if posted in wrong section, thanks again
