Paying for a parents care home
So, how do I deal with this. My mother lives in a care home with chronic dementia. My father has taken over her financial responsibilities and the DWP pay her 'money' into his account where he subsequently pays the care home. This arrangement is mostly satisfactory for him. My partner lives with her mum and dad a/:_nd gets income based ESA and is in the support group and she gets carers allowance. Also PIP AND DLA for our daughter but I know these won't be affected. New Style ESA - waiting times
I am on New Style ESA Contribution based and still awaiting for assessment. Both the hospital and my GP are getting very annoyed being asked to send in "fit note" after "fit note". They have said its "lifelong". So much so a worded letter is being put together to the DWP to say this is ridiculous. Hoping to get this letterā¦

hello good day ive just received my pip claim after waiting almost a year from appeal and new decision now I've received my new claim my question is i used to receive esa with the extra priemium but lost this when my new decision was being made will i now get the backdated payments from esa automatically or do i need toā¦
