I was only paid £25 into my bank account last night when I should have got about 324 pounds I cannot get in touch with anybody on the phone phone is there anyway I can find out why I only got this amount please?

The £324 should have been paid between 8th and 23rd November, if your ESA is Income Related. You can report a missing payment here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment
