Can’t believe timing of dwp phone calls!

My PIP award letter seems to have vanished. I get enhanced for both daily care and mobility, but I want to check if I get 4 points on any descriptors. I think I do, but want to know for my next review. Other than calling PIP, which we have tried, is there any way to get a copy of my award letter?
