Pip review

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice? I was receiving enhanced mobility due to anxiety & OCD leaving me unable to leave the house on my own. I only went out with my partner & support services. Due to experiencing domestic violence I eventually left my partner & was moved to a different area. Because of moving areas I am having to refer to new support services so I currently have no support. I had my pip review & my award has been reduced to 10 points. My mum is taking me out once a week. However they explained as it is less than the majority of the week I no longer qualify for 12 points. I feel this is unfair as I would go out more if I had the support of someone. I was in the process of looking to pay for a PA. I thought pip was assessed not only on the help you have but also the help you need to be independent or have I got it wrong? Sorry for long post but would really appreciate some advice. Thank you -

Unfortunately, with this activity they are correct. If you're unable to go out the majority of the days, so at least 50% of the days over a 12 month period then yes it's 1E where you would score the points. 1F can't apply in your case.
