After a year long fight and Two Failed WCA's my OH has finally been awarded LCWRA. was wondering if anyone knows when First payment will be added to our UC Claim please ? I may move to uc before my notice because I want to start another part time job - if I move to uc before I start my job so it doesn’t trigger a change of circumstances will I still receive transitional protection if I have severe disability premium In my esa ?

Will we be better off
weve just applied for UC with managed migration and on ESA esi had enhanced disability premium. I've done the calculation and it says we should be better off plus I'm ialso getting new style ESA and they've said it should be the same amount just from ESA and UC. Is this correct thank you

my partner got awarded LCWRA on the 4th January. He has been putting fit notes in since 13th September. Had no gaps inbetween this time. Our assessment period goes from the 14th each month and we get paid on the 21st each month. Should he have received his first pay in January or is it February? Thanks
