Backdated child DLA = DWP taking it all for a previous over payment
our daughter was recently awarded DLA so we updated the UC journal and they replied saying we will be owed backdated DLA amount of £903. Hello there, I've asked a similar question about PIP, and I've only been awarded this recently, so I'm not going to challenge my current decision. Basically though, how do you get LCWRA long term? I'd say on reassessment that I'm only limited to certain jobs, and I have autism which is never going to go away and I pretty…
