Some tips for a blue badge from a fellow blue badge holder:
Keep it somewhere safe.Make sure you have the time out as well as the badge.
You can park in 2 normal spaces if all over disabiled parking is taken but make sure you have the badge out
You don't have to pay for parking at the hospital anymore but make sure you validate the tickets.General note this is from my own experience. My advice might be totally rubbish so if someone wants to step in they are more than welcome to.
hope these tips are useful and congratulations for getting the badge s1 -
Brilliant thank you so much for your advice this is my first one. I will bear that in mind 😊0

Which hospitals are you talking about? Addenbrooke’s offer a discounted rate but not free. Should this be free under NHS rules. The problem is the two car parks are managed by two companies doing different rates. It’s crazy that if a hospital has two car park contracts the hospital should introduce a hospital wide tariff and keep it simple.0
