Good afternoon, I currently get pip until march 2023, I've had my renewal but I don't think I'll get pip again I'll have to do a M/R.
If I get refused , will I still get my current claim until march 2023, or will it be taken off me completely.
Thanks

It will take maybe 6 months from returning the renewal to getting a decision, maybe even long but the keep the current payment in place until then.
    What makes you think you "won't get PIP again" ? fill out the renewal carefully and supply any relevant evidence you have to back up your claim, bascally treating the renewal like a new claim. The link below should be of some help;

Thanks very much. I think that because I had the assessors report back and it's completely different to what I said, she has put stuff in her words and not mine.

Any new decision made on your review will overrule your current award. This means if the worst happens and you're refused your PIP will stop.
This could also affect any other benefits you maybe claiming.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

My current award runs until march 2023, I had to start a new claim 6 months ago. So if I get refused my current award ends aswell? Will my universal credit end aswell then

Although it doesn't end until March any new decision will overrule your current award as advised here.
This means if the worst happens and you're refused your PIP will stop.

Your UC will not stop. Does your current PIP award include daily living part? Are you claiming for help with any rent?
If so and you're privately renting and you're under 35 then you'll only be entitled to the shared rate of local housing allowance, instead of the 1 bedroom rate. So this would mean less housing element.
If anyone is currently claiming either carers element of UC or carers allowance for looking after you then these will also stop if you're not awarded daily living PIP.

Housing element is paid as part of UC and not PIP. Are you under 35 and privately renting?

I get the LCWRA element in UC, will I lose that if pip is refused,

Then your housing element will reduce to the shared rate of LHA. You can check the rates here. https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/ You will need to drop the box down to "shared rate"
The amounts will be weekly so you'll need to convert it to a monthly payment by times it by 52 and then divide by 12.
If you're unable to afford the shortfall of rent you can apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment from your Local Authority. It's not guaranteed and is only paid for a short period of time and you should get some help with the forms because they are quite complex. Information here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/claiming-discretionary-housing-payments/claiming-discretionary-housing-payments

Poppy I live in a shared house, and they have always paid £365 from June 2022, so why would it drop

You should be receiving the 1 bedroom rate, though you're living in shared house. Please check the link i posted above because losing your daily living PIP could affect your housing element, as advised.

Just wanted to add further to this, if your housing element as a shared rate covers the whole of your rent then you won't be receiving the 1 bedroom rate, though with the cost of privately renting being so high i would say it's rare for this to happen. You need to check the rates through the link i posted above.

They £365, my rent is £412. But on UC it says you said your rent was £365, we can pay £365. Does that make sense

If your rent is £412 why would you tell them it's £365? Have you used the link i posted above?

When I got given my documents it's £365 for the rent and the rest is the water, gas, electric and WiFi. Because it's a shared house they only cover the rent which is £365 and not the utilities does that make sense

OK yes, that makes sense. However, that could still be the 1 bedroom rate, which will reduce if you lose your daily living PIP. Can't give any further advice and you'll need to use the link i provided.
