Hello, I had a phone assessment on 12th December. I've just heard back from Dss & I mustn't have scored enough points.Theyre saying that I've been found fit for some kind of work. I let them know about my left leg puffing up, it was an arthritis flare up the Dr said and  after going for a scan & x-ray was told I have spurs on my knee & hip.

Apart from this I have chronic back pain, pain in left ankle and both hips which they've known about for years. Don't know how Dss expect me doing some type of work.

You can request the Mandatory Reconsideration of that decision within 1 month of the date of the decision. You should put this in writing stating which group you think you should be placed into. Most MR decisions remain the same so you'll likely have to take it to Tribunal.
You may want to get some expert advice before going any further just to check you qualify for either of the groups. Do also be aware that it's about the work you can do, rather than the work you can't do.

I don't know if this is for ESA or UC, either way LCW is the same as WRAG and you can see the descriptors here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work
