in Start here and say hello
Hello I have complex mental health issues, Osteoarthritis,mental health mixed anxiety and depression,diabetes, SAD, 
Some days i just dont want to get out of bed due to pain, I would love to know if anyone elae feels this way.

    Join in the group and even if you can't get out of bed you will have others to support you on here
