Can someone notarize on your behalf?

Hello everyone, since my father is a disabled person and running in his late 90s, I want to know if I can notarize his documents on his behalf.

    Morning @paul344 welcome to our great group.
    Sorry i do not know what you mean by " notarize " - if you want and Dad is willing you can apply for Power of Attorney but your Father will have to be fully mentally with it with no dementia,
