Hi there,
I got a pip telephone assessment this month. I've completely lost the assessment/ application paper I had with all the questions and my answers on. Can pip send over your application form?
Many thanks

They maybe able to send you a copy but there may not be enough of time for you to receive it. It's not vital that you have a copy, just answer the question as best as you can. Avoid answering with just a yes or no and try to go into as much detail as possible. Some find it helpful to write notes before the assessment so they have something to refer back to. Personally, i've never done this as find it too stressful to look at the same time as concentrating on answering the questions.0

Hey!
OK thanks. I'll give them a call tomorrow. If it arrives on time great, if not then nevermind!
Yeah I'll do some notes. I talk and talk so shouldn't be a problem 🙄 🤣0 -
I called for a copy of my application. I got mine the day after I called. So hopefully yours will also.0

Hey!
I called today and they are sending out the form with everything I put down so that's good.
Thanks again0 -

It can happen yes if they haven't got enough of information.

Hi, I had my telephone assessment on the 15th February, and the same day I received a txt message saying they had received my report already, I then received a letter yesterday stating that they had all the information they needed to decide my pip claim, I’m worried, is this good news? Or should I of heard earlier. If they’ve got all the information they need then why are they taking so long? I’ve been waiting since I sent off my claim in November 21! . the longer it’s taking the more I’m worrying my anxiety’s through the roof, I can’t sleep, I have this cloud over me constantly on edge like something bads going to happen 😔 any one else had this?0

@peaches86 The text messages and letter you received are all standard sent to everyone. A decision can take up to about 12 weeks after the report was returned to DWP.1
