Shopping Drama - Advice/Opinion please

I have had one for years
question I would like Sainsbury's to answer is what can a disabled shopper expect as reasonable adjustment as it depends on staff member (or so it seems) I also carry a card that says I risk collapse if standing for long periods which I showed a staff member who said they didn’t need to see it yet his colleague said it didn’t matter there is one queue so different personal approaches by staff that’s my issue0 -
It may be worth telling head office customer services the ones this happens at so they can get staff more training. Can I just ask have you considered using a mobility scooter? so you aren’t standing all the time?
Its only a thought to help you overall. You may need to phone and book one for your trip but helps you with the standing issue.0
