I think I’ve messed it up 😢0

You had reminders but choose to ignore them, you shouldn't ignore the reminders. When you have a reminder for a fit note it then goes onto your to do list for you to report the fit note.As you didn't do what was asked of you then a decision maker may decide not to allow the backdated fit notes.0
-
All i can suggest is to put a note on your journal under the payment section and ask if they will accept a backdated fit note for the missing months. It makes it worse because you have no proof of what you were told. Though i don't understand why you choose to ignore the requests. The good news is that you will continue to receive the extra money going forward.0

I was very poorly and had a lot going off too which they’ve will see on my journals. I don’t understand how this works. It’s an easy mistake and for someone that doesn’t know anything about this and to be told I didn’t need to submit any more notes I took her advice.I can only try.
Thankyou0 -
I’m just asking for advice and help not judgement.0
-
No one is judging you and you have been given advice.I’m just advising how it works and that they don’t usually accept backdated fit notes. The reason why questions were asked here was so I knew exactly what happened, without all the information it’s not possible to give the correct advice.0
-
Unfortunately you got conflicting advice and instruction from DWP and because you were feeling ill you didn’t seek clarification. As a result you are unlikely to get backdating - all you can do is as poppy suggests and explain the situation.0
-
But you are forming a judgement by saying you still don’t understand why i would just ignore them. Then when I didn’t send a reply straight away you spoke amongst yourselves about what questions you’d asked me, stating you’d had no reply. There is no need for it. I’m leaving this group. People are asking for help *removed by moderators*0

There's been no judgement on my part here. All i've done is try to help you across 2 pages. I don't like being accused of being a small minded person and can only see that as personal attack, which isn't allowed here. I've reported your comment to a member of the scope team.
