Hello,
I have been awarded pip but I’m not happy with the decision. If I take this to the next step, during this time will my current pip payments stop?

Your current award will continue while you wait for the MR decision.

Hi @ep2001 I can see that poppy123456 has answered your question already. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
How are you feeling about the prospect of challenging the decision? I know it can be a bit daunting.1 -
If you think you are entitled to more then go for it. Keep fighting, as I did, because many people are either being downgraded on awards or refused completely. I have jus gone through a very long period arguing my case. Anyone who maybe isn’t as forthright as I am, may find the whole thing daunting. A very large number of people give up because of stress. Don’t be one of those people. I’m not saying everyone will be successful, but please do everything you can to further your case. If you’re genuine, then fight on.1

Hi I have now got my letter saying I was turned down for AA because I don't have any one looking after me during the day. At night I'm not bad but day time I need a lot of help from my husband. Do you think its worth while asking them to look at this again, as I clearly stated in my form I was getting help during the day . thanks0

You can challenge that decision as was advised in your other thread. No one here can tell you whether you'll qualify because we don't know anything about your conditions. AA can be awarded if help is needed, even if you don't receive that help, though it will depend what help is needed. Things like shopping and housework are not considered.

To count the care/help has to be about your personal care.
