PIP tribunal - assessors report full of mistakes

The PIP process is driving me nuts. I have aspergers, arthritis, crohns and spine problems which affect me physically and mentally.
Received the DWP response today. Its full of mistakes .
It says that I don't use walking aids but I have an unloader knee brace prescribed by a hospital consultant. Also mentions that my autism is not medicated. Even NICE guidance says that medicines are not recommended for autism due to lack of affect and severe side effects.
It also states that the tribunal should carefully look st my claim for carers allowance. I'm a parent if a child with aspergers who requires extensive supervision, prompting and support day to day. He does not require heavy care such as lifting.
The report also mentions that I rely on over the counter pain killers but fails yo mention my allergies to many pain killers. I also also have crohns so can't use many pain killers as they cause bleeds.
I feel like I'm banging ny head on a brick wall. Does it ever end? Hoe can they get away with this? Evidence that I had previously submitted to the DWP was also missing.

The best advice I can give it to put the assessment report and DWP response to one side and forget about them because none of those will get you a PIP award.
You need to concentrate on the weakness in your evidence. If you haven’t done this already then you should include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
Its also never too late to get some expert advice and even representation. https://advicelocal.uk/0
