Pip backpayment

So I received a text telling me I had been awarded pip. I first applied back on the 4th July 2022 so this should be the date my pip claim is backdated too. I have today seen a payment due into my bank of £203 from DWP PIP and I am just trying to work out what this could be because I have looked at all the different payment amounts for pip and this amount just does not add up to the time passed for it to be a backpayment so was wondering if anyone could help. Thank you

Hi @swiftiemazzie. Firstly, I would like to take the time to welcome you to Scope’s forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you at the moment?
Thanks for already finding the courage to reach out to us. I always appreciate how much courage it can take to reach out, especially when you are new.
We have quite a few community members who will, hopefully, be able to support you with this. Unfortunately, it’s not my area but I am sure someone will be able to respond to you soon.
In the meantime, I wanted to respond to you to greet you and let you know we hear you and have seen your post
