i have been refused pip on the mandatory reconsideration can i reapply straight away instead of going to tribunal

Reapplying isn't the answer because doing so using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal.If you think you can score enough of points needed for an award then the best route from now is to appeal to a Tribunal.0
