After receiving pip a year ago I get daily living enhanced rate and was sent an Is10 form to fill in and dwp confirm that they got my form I was told that this is something to do with my esa claim I get esa and in support group (not sure what this is) after trying to find out what this means I called dwp and all that they said was the form is with the department that deals with it and sent them an email to ask for a update this was last November.
I've tried calling a few times but getting through is a task in its self they keep fobbing me off with same excuse they will email the department and they will contact me and not sure what to do.

It is ESA that you need to speak to.
If you are on income based ESA, - your PIP award includes the Daily Living component, and
- no one receives Carers Allowance or the carer element of UC for looking after you, and
- you are the only adult in your household (or if you live with other adults they also get a disability benefit
then you are entitled to a Severe Disability Premium added to the EAsa.
Normally the claims are dealt with over the phone and processed within a few days.
