It could be several months or more. We have members here still waiting a year after returning the forms. Another assessment is most likely because most have them.A few members have had decisions within a few months.1

Hi @jennyann30
As poppy123456 has said, it can take a while unfortunately. I hope that you're not left waiting for too long!
How did you find completing the review forms?0 -
My review form returned in July 2022.
Assessment 22nd January 2023 and quite nervous tbh.
Hope this helps.0 -

Oh good that’ll help you I’m sure, just something to take the edge off.
Yes mine was the 5th it went ok I think, you just never really know, just a waiting game now, but still getting paid while I wait.
So that’s a big help.I will let you know when I hear anything back.
Good luck ❤️0 -

Hope your wait is not too long 🙂
I meant to say that I requested a lady to do my assessment and thankfully I'm getting a lady.
I'm delighted about that as could not imagine explaining my challenges to a male tbh unless it was a male whom specialises in my illnesses.0 -

So glad you have to get a woman to do your assessment, After Sunday you can relax. Speak soon we can let each other know how we get on.❤️1 -
@calcotti
Hi I only sd to @Binky1234 her assessment wouldn’t be long, as I already knew it was on Sunday,

Hi I hope your doing ok, and not to stressed about Sunday.
I will have you in my thoughts.
I received great news today. Got my letter through from Pip Iv been awarded the same as I was getting, which is Standard DL and E Mobility. It’s been awarded till 2027, I’m delighted it’s a big relief.
The letters dated 13th January so was sent only 8 days after my assessment. Which I was shocked about.

Poppy I had a phone call yesterday asking me questions now very nervous as wasn't expecting phone call0

I’m 61 now & I’ve put in for PIP but because I work p/t & I have a personal pension I don’t think I’ll get it for severe insomnia but it effects my mind so much as I forget things! Waiting for several months is a long time to wait when you have to pay rent & bills! I don’t know what to do?0

The waiting is the worse bit 😫0

OMG I'm so thrilled for you thanks goodness you're award is till 2027.
I hope that I will be posting news like this @Lou67.
Honestly sweetie I'm so chuffed for you and if I don't get the result I'm hoping for then I will appeal 100% although I do think it is rare for a review to take away the original decision especially if things have escalated health wise
@Lou67 thank you so much for letting us know, again so chuffed for you 🙂
Hubby thinks I will remain the same and OMG i do hope he is right.

Awww thanks so much that is so nice off you.
Honestly I’m so grateful it was a worry.
I would’ve definitely went to appeal I have been before, but felt I was better prepared this time and also things getting worse, with my health.
You’ll be in my thoughts over the weekend, I wish you all the best for Sunday 🙏
Take care ❤️1 -
