PIP lost paperwork

Hello hello I filled in my review for months before end of claim. I found out this had been mislaid so I had to start all over again. I was told it would be prioritised and done before Christmas. However I phone every week and nothing has been done. I just get it’s with case manager and should not be long. My payments have been stopped when they should carry on unt a decision is made. I have very little money.

    Lodge a complaint in writing with the DWP. They lost the paperwork, they promised to get the situation rectified by Christmas, but still haven't. You shouldn't have to keep ringing them up, it's ridiculous. As you say 'you have very little money'.
