Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024
Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.
While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

Hi can someone explain to me this sdp thing. My other half gets esa support group of roughly £117 a week he gets PIP enhanced & standard mobility he also gets lcwra, I get carers allowance & carers element & we are on universal credit, is he meant to get sdp or is it incorporated in one of his benefits please. Also does anyone know if there is any grant schemes for windows please. Thank you

(Even if he was on the old income based ESA he wouldn’t get SDP because he lives with you and you don’t get PIP and because you receive CA for looking after him.)Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
