ESA new conditions, review far away in 2024

Yes i know what it says but you've already been found to have LCWRA and no amount of new diagnosis or any worsening of condition will change that. You can't have a higher award than you already have.I wish they would change the wording when they say "all changes must be reported" because that's not exactly true, not in this case anyway. There's really nothing further to add here other than repeating what i've already advised and for this reason i'm out.I know it's related to your health conditions but please try to relax and think about something else.1

I have heard of this crossover too @bluefox! How are you managing all of this at the moment?0

Not very well and worried. The DEA at job centre rings me randomly sometimes to see how I am and she said if I got an ASD diagnosis, I’d have to let them know. So they can see the entire barrier. But 2 weeks earlier she said I didn’t have to do that and advice here and benefitsandwork is to wait for a review.I don’t want to get penalised.0

That's shocking advice and completely incorrect! There's nothing to be penalised or sanctioned for. Nothing more to add than what's already been advised. If you wish to report the changes because of your diagnosis then you can do that but as has been said many many times you already have the highest award.0 -
Yeah. It’s a confusing time for me with so much therapy and new diagnoses pathways going on. My physio has just diagnosed me with another new FND symptom in the form of PPPD.
I just want to get better but it’s so difficult to manage everything. As long as I don’t to prison for stuff. I couldn’t deal with that.0 -
I’m still getting mixed messages about this.
I’ve been told I wouldn’t be penalised for telling them. And secondly, I should just tell them anyway, as it won’t trigger a reassessment.0 -
All the advice you've had from everywhere except here is incorrect.bluefox said:I should just tell them anyway, as it won’t trigger a reassessment. The advice you've constantly had here hasn't changed and isn't going to change, regardless of how many times or how many different ways you ask.As i advised on another thread of yours, if you think you need to report those changes then please go ahead, the decision is entirely up to you but it's pointless, you already have the highest award you can have.0
