can I ask the PIP claims office for a copy of my last PIP award letter?

    My understanding is that you should be able to call them to ask for another copy, yes. Have you tried getting through to them today?

    No, that's the number for DWP. You'll need to number for DFC https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/contacts/personal-independence-payment-pip-centre
