Have you seen anything @poppy123456 to confirm this?

No, i'm not aware of them restarting and haven't see or heard anything official to suggest they have. When they do then there will be considerable delays.1 -

In the link I posted a member theirs says reviews have restarted so was a little confused since I'd not seen anything other than their word for it.
The member on the link writes the following.
"Face to face reviews have restarted but telephone assessments and Paper based reviews a much more prevalent than they used to be."0 -

Reading the first post in that link it says the person received a form in 2019 but was never called for an assessment so the assessment that they have coming up is from submitting that form back in 2019 and doesn't suggest that reviews have started. There was a poster here saying they'd been contacted to be reassessed who also mentioned 2019 as the last time they'd had a WCA. Let's face it, frankly none of us has any idea what's going on. I'm due for an assessment in February after being 'deferred' during Covid like everyone else but there's been no sign of an ESA50 and even if they are catching up to 2019 assessments it's presumably going to be a while before I receive one.Last time I had a two year deferment was when Iain Duncan Smith broke the system and ATOS were relieved of their ESA contract causing a massive backlog, there was no official announcement about assessments restarting at that time either. As a cautionary tale I made the stupid mistake of ringing the DWP to ask what was going on and triggered my own WCA (the lad on the phone confirmed that that was exactly what I'd done) so I'll be keeping my head down this time.0
