Just a question if your child is in receipt of dla do you get a child disability premium on legacy benefits such as income support? Or Is it just on tax credits? I'm reading alot of conflicting information and just seeing if we are receiving all we are entitled too

Your Income Support will be just for you and a partner if you have one, it doesn't include money for your child. The disability element is paid with child tax credits if you claim it. Are you currently claiming tax credits as well?
