My PIP was supposed to come yesterday and it hasn’t. I’m really panicking, and can’t call them for a few hours as they’re not open yet... Am I alone in this?

If you still haven't received it by 9am then you will need to ring PIP.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Thank you, I will do. I haven’t received any correspondence via post or text that my PIP has been cut off, so fingers crossed it’s just late!0

Are you in the process of a review? If so then maybe a decision has been made but i'm only guessing. Only PIP can tell you what's happened.

Nope not in review, my last letter was Oct and they had reviewed my claim and decided I can still be awarded etc until April 2025. So no idea why it hasn’t come in0

Update: have called PIP, and the automated info has let me know I will get my payment 25th Jan. a week later than I would usually get it, but looks like there’s delays?0

You shouldn't rely on the automated payment line. What date did you receive your last payment? There's no delays with benefit payments.

Did you receive your last payment early because of Christmas or New year? If so then there will be a longer time between your next payment because it will be 4 weeks from when you were supposed to receive it last time, not 4 weeks from when you received it.
