hi im now having to do Rectal irrigation everyday is it worth telling pip would i get extra points i get standard daily living for depression and anxity

PIP isn't based on any diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. You won't automatically score any extra points because of a worsening condition or a new diagnosis.If you report changes you will be sent more forms to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely as most have them. Before reporting changes you need to look at the descriptors to see if it's possible to score more points for a higher award.
