Pleasant images on social media

Just wanted to see what people’s views are on accounts on social media?
I’m thinking instagram but that’s just what I use most. And the accounts would be any official ones you might follow for your area.
I feel like a lot of the things I follow can be busy and packed with information, I want to read it just not all the time. I find I spend much more time engaging with a post or an account if the picture is calming or beautiful. I’d like to see more of them.

Hello @rhyd. What a great post!
My views on accounts on social media certainly depend on which accounts - some accounts have more positives/negatives than other accounts.
I think mindfully selecting accounts on social media is an important aspect of how social media is experienced.
For example, accounts within the #ActuallyAutistic community and Disney make me happy and feel more connected.
On the other hand, accounts which are more negative often bring me down and I find I have to unfollow those, just to protect my own well-being.
I can hear how you find some accounts more useful to follow than other accounts too0
