PIP ends May 2023

Hi everyone. Hope you’re all keeping well.
Just wondered about a few things. Does DWP send forms out or do I have to request them? If they send, when would I expect to receive them, or when do I send off for them? 
I know it’s a while away yet, but thought I’d enquire.

    Ok, I have just found answer to my question. Should have seen it before I posted (sorry)
    I’m sure I’ll be back to ask more questions at a later date🙂
