Hi there. My PIP award is up for renewal and I wondered if I could get some advice on how to fill out the PIP Review Form after winning at a Tribunal. Do I base my answers on my Tribunal application or on my original PIP application that was refused? Any advice would be appreciated as it's my first time completing the form. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the community
You should complete the form like a new application and detail how you are affected by each of the descriptors
Give at least 2 real examples for each on what happened last time uoh tried to do the task. Include any help or aids if you can't do a task why not if you can do it reliably sagely and repeat are there any consequences etc
You can use your old reports as a guide bit you need to explain how things are now1 -
Thanks so much for response. That was very helpful.1
