Hi
I posted my PIP review forms on Monday the 13th of January including a letter from my carer and friend ,then received a text to say they've received it in Friday 13th.Is anyone as stressed and worried about them telling me I have to have another assessment? I don't sleep well anyway and now I'm just sleeping a couple of hours here and there.
I've been on standard rate for both parts of PIP for three years.I was awarded 11 points for daily living and 10 for over whelming psychological distress,I believe I should have been awarded 4points for social support instead of 2 that they gave me but was too distressed to contact them.
I stutter a lot when I'm distressed and asked for my review forms to be sent by email as my postbox is outside and keeps getting broke into ,which they did. My carer printed the forms and posted them for me
I'm 63 years old and I don't think I can cope with this again..
Does anyone else feel the same ? It's aweful 😓

Whether it's a first time claim or a review it's always very stressful so you're not alone in feeling this way.Your file will be sent to a decision maker to decide if a decision can be made without the need to send it to the health assessment providers, it's rare but it does happen and we've had some members that this has happened to. If it can't then it will be sent to the health assessment providers. There are long delays for reviews in a lot of areas so you could be waiting quite sometime. Your current award will continue until a decision is made on your review.I realise it's stressful waiting but try to focus on something else in the meantime.1

Hi
I was accepted for PIP Alternative Format due to my space as I stutter. With Alternative Format PIP is supposed to communicate with me through email.
Yesterday Capita phoned me and left a message to phone them. I was very distressed but managed to phone them. This caused me to be sick and I struggled terribly to speak.
The lady said she was making an appointment for me to have a video call for my PIP review and she would send me a letter in the post to confirm this.I've been on Pip for four years.I have overwhelming phycological distress.
I told her Capita was to communicate with me by email.
She said she'd speak to someone, she then said she was going to ask for a paper review for me and will call me back in four days to confirm this but they may not give me a paper review so I will have a video review in the first of November. She gave me a Mind number to text and type shout...I can't remember it now.
I'm not coping at all.Why did Capita phone me when they're supposed to contact me by Alternative Format (Email).
I'm 64 years old and broken
Can anyone please help 🙏
