5 years ago I got a seven year ban from the scheme due to an accident injuring a woman who was badly injured receiving multi broken bones, BUT I WAS NOT INT THE VEHICLE WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED the driver who was allowed to drive while I’m unwell to get some GPS prescribed medication for me he was RSA approved my so there fully checked driver using the vehicle commuted this crime and was remanded within hours and months and months later was sentenced to 19 months in prison.
I’ve had multiple medical issues and treatment’s recently and all disability issues have got either worse or are new and more crippling anxiety depression EUPD and bipolar type 2 I live alone and only have my dog I feel isolated lonely unable to even do small things like go to the supermarkets I have to shop online now for everything as my mobility has declined so much. I’m suicidal most the time and know my mental wellbeing will also greatly improve yet when I appealed and requested to rejoin the scheme they still decline me I’ve got FULL rate on both parts of PIP and ESA with severe disability component I am not due to be reviewed for these benefits until 2025 and simply can not understand the reason I’ve paid a huge penalty for someone’s actions they have served there time and resumed life has a car job all things I’m unable to still achieve and still furthermore am being denied basic needs for there refusal to allow me back on the scheme!? Please some one help me ur point me in the right way to resolve this matter please 🙏🏼

You can request to rejoin the scheme here. https://www.motability.co.uk/get-support/contact/request-to-rejoin-the-scheme/ of course motability will always have the final say.Failing that have you thought of buying a used car or even using your motability money to fund a car yourself? Can't comment on anything else i'm afraid because i don't know the full details of your case.

I can’t get credit so getting a car and using the money from pip to pay but I’ve been declined by multiple places I’ve tried and I could buy a car but it’s expensive within the budget I’d have the car would need maintenance and MOT etc all costs involved end up being to high I have tried a few time last year I saved and bought an Audi A3 I drove it ten times then broke down the engine mount snapped the engine fell out and I’m still paying a Socail loan back for that car so funds available to me means I can’t afford it0

You can try to apply again but because of the ban you maybe refused again.
