I really need some advice. I received a letter today from PIP saying they have terminated my PIP because they did not receive the renewal form. It was filled out and returned to them with updated evidence in december BEFORE the deadline. This is the first Ive heard from them, I expected the letter to be a decision. Im currently on hold with PIP at the moment waiting to speak to someone.
My claim was enhanced rate on both, now the letter states I will have to return my motorbility car! I posted the forms around the same time Royal mail was on strike so now I uessing my letter has been lost! My anxiety now is through the roof, I could cry!
