1035 ring to say it will be 11am
11.20 phone rings cuts off
Phone call 11,35.
1140 cut off to add support Person
1145 call starts
i asked for it To be recorded before
she said at the start she had no training how to record. 3 way phone call ?
but left it as I will do it a different way.
In the call she said the call was being recorded. 2 hrs 12 mins later done at last
1 week later she calls with a few more questions out of the blue I asked about recording she said don’t worry it was recorded.
Phone dwp not back with them
phone pip yesterday asked for recording gave email etc
today no email, phone pip again and there is no recording on the system
They will
contact her. I feel very let down
anyone else same ?
