my 16yr old son had to change from dla to pip they was going to do a face to face which he was fine with then the day before he was meant to go they changed it to a telephone call which he started panicing about as he dont talk on the telephone his appointee at the time was his dad, and he doesnt do well on the phone either it didnt go well the assessor said he could do everything one the form when it was clearly stated that he couldn't do any thing he is very hard work well did a MR which failed so now doing an appeal which i have now changed to being his appointee as im more confident in talking about what hes like etc we have submitted a letter what hes like, can my friend and his sister do a video on what hes like because they are so busy to write a letter

I wouldn’t advise doing a video because they may not have the equipment to watch it. Are they able to spare just a few minutes each day to write part of the letter over a period of a specific time?
Do know know all about your sons health conditions and how they affect him against the PIP descriptors?Have you given a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time he attempted each descriptor that applies to him? If not then you should do that. Include information such as where he was, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.0
