Hello my appointee dosent listen to me and asks me for money out of it every month and she is saying she wants to remove herself as a appointee and not help me otherwise if she does remove appointee will this trigger a review in my award?

You can't do this online, you will need to ring them. If your appointee wants to be removed then they can ring their self.
