When a pip claim is due to end do they send you out a whole new claim form or less forms to fill out please. Thankyou

    Was you awarded by Tribunal?
    If not, you most likely will be sent a review form rather than getting a letter advising you to phone the new claims line. This is positive if you do as payment will continue even whilst waiting to be reviewed (this is a very lengthy process).

    Yes it was awarded by tribunal, so does that mean that he has to fill out a whole new form. Thanks

    Around 14 weeks before your award is due to end you will receive a letter explaining you need to phone the new PIP claims line and apply again and that includes sending relevant evidence again.

    Hi, I was awarded pip by tribunal and I have only had to fill out a review form when my pip was due to end? I’ve never heard of having to make a new claim after tribunal, is this a new thing @bg844?

    It’s standard practice so not new. I’m not sure why you have been sent an AR1 but this is a good thing as payment continues whilst going through the reassessment process.

    I think DWP just get confused sometimes.
