Hia Folks. I hope you are all well?
Another question that is not Disability related, but would appreciate honest answers please?
I have read a quote on Attitude...
A bad attitude is like a flat tyre. You can't go anywhere until you change it.
Now my attitude stinks. Not through my choice, or caused by my personality.
To me this is another trait of behaviour stems from Depression.
When I am calm, and cheerful I am as good as another human. But when I'm miserable I am negative and have a bad attitude.
Opinions please folks? Thanks

I think depression makes you insular and inward thinking, so you don't bother much about what others are thinking of you. I'ts understandable but not if you don't know the depressed person.
The latter reminds me of Kellys' fundamental attribution error. This where others see your behaviour as being due to your personality rather than the circumstances. This error is understandable though because we're not mind readers are we.2
