Hi, just a bit of a random question but do all the new DLA claims get processed in the same place? Or do they get distributed to the area in which you live in?
I only ask because ive been waiting for my sons claim to be sent to a DM, im currently on week 15 of waiting, but there are people who have sent their claim in after me have already had their decisions and awards (new claims also). Its so frustrating that there seems to be no structure to their queues / wait times.

All areas will be very different, with different timescales. It will also depend on each individual case.
